بين يديك وتحت نظرك عزيزنا القارئ العدد الأول من إصدارتنا الوليدة باسم (البرلمان) التي قصدنا ونتطلع… إلى أن تكون ناطقة بصوت الحقيقة خبرا كان أو معلومة يرعاها صدق التناول ونقاء المصدر من شوائب الغرض الضيق أو الخبيث.
فبمثلما جاء البرلمان الشعبي ليجمع الكل حول البحث الجاد عن كيفية الاسهام في حل المشاكل التي يعاني منها الوطن بممارسة الديمقراطية بمعناها الحقيقي ولتبادل الأفكار والنقاش حولها بذهن مفتوح وامنيات مشروعة وارادة قوية لا تعرف الاستسلام.
يظل سعينا مستمرا لتناول اهتمامات أهلنا في السودان الاجتماعية والفنية والرياضية والسياسية بجهد ومثابرة بقصد الوصول للوعي الذي يمكن للجميع تحقيقه بمعرفة الحقيقة التي لا يتسرب إليها الشك والتي نوفرها بتوصيلنا للخبر أو ايرادنا للقضايا الاجتماعية بشتى ضروبها أو بتناولنا لمختلف القضايا الفكرية والعلمية والفنية والرياضية بصدق واعتمادية علمية ونبل مقصد.

Editorial: The Voice of Truth
Dear reader, before you is the first issue of our newly launched publication, "The Parliament," which we intended and aspire to be a voice of truth, whether in news or information, guided by honest reporting and the purity of its sources, free from the taint of narrow or malicious intent.

Just as the People's Parliament was established to unite everyone in the serious pursuit of how to contribute to solving the problems plaguing the nation through the practice of democracy in its true sense, and to exchange and discuss ideas with open minds, legitimate aspirations, and a strong will that knows no surrender.

Our endeavor continues to address the social, artistic, sporting, and political concerns of our people in Sudan with effort and perseverance, with the intention of reaching the awareness that everyone can achieve by knowing the truth that is beyond doubt, which we provide by delivering the news, or by presenting social issues of all kinds, or by addressing various intellectual, scientific, artistic, and sporting issues with honesty, scientific reliability, and noble intentions.
